Artificial Products Refund Policy:
Goods or products once sold or shipped shall not be accepted /exchanged by Pellipoolajada.
Cancellations may be considered at the sole discretion of Pellipoolajada, subject to the following:
- Only if the request is made in writing within 24 hours of placing an order, such
requests shall not be considered if the order has been communicated to the shipping agent or they have initiated the process of shipping.
2.Upto 15% of the Price of product(s) plus any other incidental charges shall be deducted from the customer, from any payments paid by the customer in advance, under the said order in question, before the time of such cancellation notice.
- Such balance amounts due to be refunded shall be at the sole discretion of the Owner.
- The customer shall abide by the outcome of such decisions. The customer shall not have the right to claim or challenge such decisions made by the Owner.
- The Owner or its authorised agent(s) shall not take any responsibility for any damages that occurs on transit or on delivery of Goods upon receipt by the customer.
In case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will look into your complaint/ queries.
All decisions taken in this regard are solely with the discretion of the Owner.
The Customer shall not have any right to claim or challenge such decisions made by the Owner.
